Billing statements are issued on a regular billing cycle. The due date for payment is shown on each statement. Customers are encouraged to review their bill promptly to ensure timely payment.
Payments received after the due date may be subject to late fees or penalties in accordance with the District’s adopted rate ordinance. Continued non-payment may result in additional actions as permitted by District policy.
Customers are responsible for notifying the District of any changes to ownership, mailing address, or contact information to ensure accurate billing.
